​Our work is underpinned by research and innovation.
Through partnerships with universities, research institutes and charities, we explore how stories can influence culture, behaviour, and social change. This learning drives how we create, but also how we work: we’re rethinking production and distribution, creating space for emerging talent and exploring new models that meet audiences where they are.

Our work spans two creative studios:
Sophisticated Silliness
Chap in the Box develops, produces and distributes thoughtful content for kids. Our mission is to mobilise screen time to introduce children and young people to off-screen activities.
We focus on joyful comedy and musical storytelling designed for co-viewing, with songs that are as rewarding for grown-ups as they are for kids.
